WAGA 成立於 2017 年底,致力於推廣餐桌美學。自我定位為「特色餐具選配的創新服務」,致力於匯集「原生手感、特色原創餐具」。讓大眾能用合理的價格,買到質感超群的餐具。將餐桌美學,變為日常。」


創業心境,致力於將餐桌美學,變為日常


創業之前,總監江洋輝(Water)投身在公共藝術、策展產業之中,而副總張恒嘉(Giagia)在創業前則是美術老師。 2015 年,為尋求公司營運的突破,加上想要回到「獨立創作」的狀態,毅然決然著手打造獨立品牌。而是因為什麼契機,讓兩位將腦筋動到了餐盤上?總監拿出了一個精緻的水杯,開始娓娓道來。


「一般精緻的餐具都要進口、認識通路商,所以美學附加價值高的餐具,通常都只能透過選品店購買。每個動輒一、兩千塊,導致餐桌美學在台灣難以被推廣。所以與其說 WAGA 賣的是餐具,我們更認為是在做美學推廣。WAGA 賣的並非單純是餐具,而是「品味」。」江洋輝總監如此說道。
